AWAY.

We're going to be away next week from our regularly scheduled "programming."  (No events the week of Reading Week.)

May the same emotion that filled the women who found the empty tomb be yours.  Well, maybe not the fear part.  But the part where they ran to tell everyone else this CRAZY thing had happened.

[And you can talk all about this with your friends at FUSION on Monday, April 5 from 6:00pm-8:30pm]

FUSION - this Monday

"Your Friends are Your Guides."
That was an old way of describing our Fusion groups, but it's been rolling over in my mind.
I like the way it sounds.  Let's bring it back, like my husband is always trying to do with the term "rad."

Fusion groups meet in various homes.  Or restaurants.  Or parks.  Or karaoke clubs.
CHILDCARE IS FROM 6-8:30PM IN THE STUDENT CENTER.

Other Fusion dates this semester: April 5 and 19, and May 3

Couples Connect - MONDAY

*Sigh.

It's been a long week.
The whirlpool at the Doubletree seems like a lifetime ago (Couples Retreat - last weekend).

We've had some "Courageous Conversations" in our household.  Or, more truthfully, we've started them and have been interrupted by a crying baby or dinner that needs to be prepared or an email that needs to be answered.  Etc.

If you want to hear more about this, it would sure be nice to have you at
Couples Connect on Monday (March 8).
6:30-8:30 in the Dining Hall of the Student Center - childcare provided, as usual.
Root beer floats!
AND, more about "courageous conversations" from other people who have actually been having them.
Don't forget to Bring Your Own Mug for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

*By the way - if you've been having a courageous conversation in your marriage (or have been trying to) - leave a comment about that.
