Planning on using some of it to make some very yummy, rich brownies!!

We definately fished out all the chocolate, which is gone. The rest was dumped into our snack basket, probably to be forgotten until Easter expands the pile.

I keep hiding it from place to place. The kids keep finding it and begging for more - why do I not just throw it out?! (We picked all the good stuff out of it anyway!)

We pretty much let the kids have at it after school, expecting that they'll share with us. So far, they haven't disappointed us and it's almost gone.

I did as (d) : Dole it out in small portions and use what's leftover for stocking stuffers in a few weeks.

It was much fun to hang around wilmore 'downtown' with family.

We let our daughter keep a very small bag, which she gets to eat at the rate of 1 or 2 pieces per day. The rest (mostly candy that never got distributed) is in a big bag in the cupboard, and Elena agrees that it would be more fun to make a piñata to share with friends. Now I have to learn how to make a piñata!

Of the candy that Erin got, we let her eat most and share a little with Eli (who was sick and missed the Wilmore downtown). Of our leftovers that we had bought to give away - I hid all of the "not worth it" candy corn and gummy treats and put the chocolate "good stuff" in the freezer so that I can make it last.....and so that the kids can't see it.

I am trying to avoid the lots of extra candy people brought into work... and not doing a good job of it!

We didn't get much candy since we only participated in "trunk or treat" at church. My lovely daughter traded with a friend...and gave away ALL of the chocolate. She likes sour candy so all we have left is sweet tarts and smarties. NOT RIGHT! So, she eat it little by little and we'll toss the rest that is left at Christmas.
